    Anna is a high-energy, versatile and results-oriented pilates instructor whose skills range from apparatus instruction, TRX, weight work and yoga to acrobatics and dance. A native of San Francisco, she began her athletic career at 7, studying under master Chinese acrobatics instructor Mr. Lui as a member of the Pickle Family Circus troupe and performing as a contortionist, trapeze artist and acrobat. Anna expanded her studies as a competitive gymnast, Flamenco Dancer and Bikram Yogi. In 2006 Anna began training under master and Olympic trainer Justin Chinn, and shortly after decided to transform her corporate marketing career to her passion of health and fitness. She began studying Pilates in 2010 and fell in love with the practice of proper body alignment, core strength, improving range of motion and connection of breath, body and mind. Anna strongly believes that this versatile practice can transform anybody's body, mind and life, as it has her own.

    A practicing Physical Therapist since 2001, I became certified in a comprehensive Pilates rehab through Polestar education in 2004. I went back to school in 2015 to get my doctorate degree in PT, and combine Pilates-based movements into my Physical Therapy practice. Pilates is incredibly complimentary for those recovering from injuries to high-level athletes. I use it everyday in my personal practice as well as with my patients

    Amy is a healthy lifestyle coach, an Assistant Professor in Kinesiology at Fresno Pacific University where she teaches sport psychology, nutrition, exercise physiology, motor learning, and courses in wellness and fitness, as well as a Pilates and yoga instructor. As a teacher in the fields of performance, nutrition and fitness Amy has the opportunity to use her knowledge and experience with people of all ages and fitness levels to lead healthier and more active lives. Amy’s passion for a healthy lifestyle and peak performance in all areas of life are evident in her work, where she has earned multiple certifications throughout the years, including becoming a certified Pilates instructor, 200-hour RYT in yoga, a Certified Health Coach, and a Certified Transformational Coach. Amy has a BS in Dietetics, an MA in Kinesiology, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership. Amy loves to teach, work with women to reach their full potential, run, read, participate in Bible Study, and spend time with her family and friends. Amy has 2 boys who continually keep life interesting.

    Kathryn Giometti is a Pilates Instructor based in Fresno, California. After studying ballet at Severance Ballet for 12 years, Kathryn moved to Long Beach, California in 2014 to pursue dance in high education. She graduated California State University Long Beach in 2018 with a BFA in Dance Performance. During her time at Cal State Long Beach she received her certification in BASI Pilates with a Dance Specialization. Pilates has always been apart of her life and she was thrilled to begin teaching. She has been teaching in Southern California since 2017 and is very excited to be teaching in her hometown.

    Liz's optimistic attitude and love for health & wellness are captured in her unique teaching style. Her passion for teaching fitness classes began while living in San Francisco over the past 8 years. She gained professional certifications in pilates, TRX, Schwinn Cycling, ACE Group Fitness, indoor rowing, and various strength training formats at Equinox Sports Clubs throughout the city. The first class Liz taught 8 years ago was outdoor an bootcamp class for free in the parks of San Francisco. She used stairs, hills, beaches, and other various elements found in nature as her fitness playground. Not only does she incorporate creativity into each class format, but also in her full-time Interior Design professional business. Liz strives to provide classes that challenge each clients' body & mind while making sure energy levels are high! After all, fitness is about finding a strong connection with our environment, bodies, and community while having fun throughout the process.
