Customer service is the worst

I cant say it enough, how horrible the phone system and delivery system is at macys. I am not sure how they stay in business. I ordered furniture and 2 months later and 4 delivery dates, I still have not received my furniture. When it comes I will refuse it. I've started shopping else where. Macys u suck
